Existing solutions and custom fabrication

Chassis work can range from fitting a brace for a known application to designing and fabricating a solution for a more involved build. The right approach depends on the vehicle, its condition, the proposed modification, intended use and the loads the completed setup will encounter.

Packard is equipped for chassis bracing, chassis modifications and chassis swaps. If a suitable off-the-shelf component is not available, the team can assess whether custom design and in-house fabrication are appropriate for the project. Starting with that assessment keeps the proposed chassis work connected to the vehicle’s complete configuration and intended use.
